What are the means of payment ?

On the website, at checkout, you will be offered the option to pay by card or bank transfer.

- Payment by credit card: secure online payment (secure payment processed through the Crédit Agricole website; no data is stored on the Paratroc website).

- By bank transfer: Your order will be shipped upon receipt of your payment. You will receive our IBAN once you have confirmed your order.

- With Alma (installment payment plan): the order is validated within a few hours, after acceptance by Alma.

In-store, you can pay:

- By credit card at the POS terminal (contactless or with PIN)

- By immediate bank transfer

- In cash: legal limit of €1,000 for French residents and €15,000 for foreign residents

These payment methods have different costs, which we adjust at checkout:

The price displayed is the price with immediate payment by credit card.

Since bank transfers have no bank fees, we give you a 0.5% discount on your bill.

Alma Credit costs approximately 5%, Alma charges you 1.5%, and we are required to cover the remainder. To avoid increasing the price for all customers, we have decided to reduce our final discount by 2% (for customers who choose Alma) to balance the cost of the credit service.

We do not accept Paypal at the moment because the commission seems too high in view of the service offered.
