Paraloc : Rent a Paraglider
PARA-LOC - has been renting paragliding equipment for 10 years, in Doussard,
Who can rent ?
- The pilot who flies occasionaly in tandem with his wife or friends...
- The pilot who has a performant wing for flat land (uk, NL...) and who wants a safer glider to fly in the Alps.
- The pilot who comes for holidays and who doesn't want to take his material in the car or he comes with the plane...
We only rent to autonomous pilots, with more than 50 flights. Beginners should go and fly with a school.
What do we rent ?
- ENA and ENB, tandem and light wings available at Paratroc
- Leisure harnesses
- Reserve parachute

Conditions :
- You have your flying licence ( in your country)
-You have an insurance
- You have your tandem licence (only for renting tandem material)
Equipment is not shipped, rental only in shop, check-out and check-back in our shop in Doussard, during opening hours.
Paratroc ask a banque check or a deposit of 1000€ , refunded at check-out (we don't have authorization deposit machine like for car rentals, so cash or payment.
VIP Card gives 5% extra-discount.
In case of dammages :
- paraglider dirty , dammaged or torn = 100€ + real cost of reparation
- inicdent with paraglider = 250€ + real cost of reparation
- Harness hit ground or dirty = 50€ + real cost of reparation or lost of value
- Reserve wet or used for real = 100€ + real cost of reparation or lost of value
Day rental is 24 hours chrono. For any overrun schedule :
- 1 to 3 hours = half day rate
- more than 3 hours = minimum 1 day rate

PARALOC is not renting for a year (leasing) : why?
We have calculated, calculated again, and again, with the best dealer prices and our used network.... leasing is never a good deal compared to buying cash (or even credit) a new or even an used paraglider. And especially if the dealer buys you back your old paraglider (like we do). Renting a camper for a week or two is interesting, but if you stay 6 months in your camper ... you'd better buy a camper !
